Family Learning Center

I want to try and start a family tree. My grandmother was divorced, and then remarried. How would I show this in a family tree? Also, I want to create a form that will ask my family members to tell about their lives so that I can create a book about all of us. It will allow my grandparents to fill out the information they know about their parents and family that has passed. Does anyone have a good form for this? Or can they point me in the right direction?
