What Happens If During A Marriage Interview The Immigration Officer Says That They Will Let Us Know Of Their D?

My husband ( a US citizen) and myself went to a marriage interview for my conditional green card. After multiple questions, my husband and I were told they will let us know of their decision in mail. Does anyone know what they meant by DECISION?
