Who agrees that Vermont’s legalization of gay marriage via the legislature was a blow to conservatives who scream “activist judges” whenever a state court legalizes gay marriage? Now they can’t whine about activist judges in Vermont, since this was done by the people’s elected representatives.
Of course, the more important question now is: who will the conservatives blame now since they don’t have the “activist judges” to pick on?
