I am taking a speech and debate class. Right now I am doing a debate on why beauty pageants are good. I am for why they are good. I would love if you can give me some pros and cons.

Okay well I think child beauty pageants are a bit extreme, but when I was talking to my friend today she seemed horrified my younger brother was a child model (He’s 3) and said it was wrong and not much better than beauty pageants, I think she is being stupid, it is nothing like a beauty pageant.
I don’t see anything wrong with it, is it wrong?

I am trying to figure out some statistics on competing in beauty pageants. I need to know percent of girls who compete in them, percent of those girls who get eating disorders, or any other statistics regarding beauty pageants. If you can answer these or even just send me a link to find out these statistics that would be great. Please help!!

Hi! I am planning on competing in a string of beauty pageants around the South this upcoming spring and I usually design my own pageant costumes.
What I’d like to know is–what colors are hot in the pageant world right now? Is it pink or green or blue or yellow?
I look like my little avatar with brown skin,dark hair and brown eyes.

These days there are a lot of weird kiddy fetishists out there.
Do any child beauty pageant organizers check regular pageant followers to see if they are pedophiles, and do they restrict the use of private cameras.
(No, I’m not entering a child in one, or planning to go to one, I just want to know).
